Most gyms will offer a couple different styles of pec decks or fly machines. For the most part, they all have similar benefits. A good substitutes for this exercise is: Dumbbell Flys.
How To:
✓You sit down with your back against the pad, spread your arms outward and grab hold of the handles.
✓Bring your hands together in a hugging motion, moving your hands towards one another with your pectoral muscles.
✓Be sure to allow your pectoral muscles to move through a full range of motion.
✓At the end of the movement, when your hands come together, squeeze the chest muscles together and give them an extra isometric contraction for maximum benefit!
