WP: Welcome Chris! Please tell our readers a little about yourself.
Hey Mike! I am 33 years old and am currently a professional Field Engineer, a National Competitive Bodybuilder, and am happily married with 4 children.
WP: What was it that made you know without a doubt that you wanted to go into bodybuilding?
I have always been into sports from the time I was 7 years old. I started with basketball and baseball which I played in high school and was also into break dancing. When I was 16, I started to go to the gym lifting weights and as I got older, I wanted to get into bodybuilding as a new sport and a new challenge. I wanted to take my workout to a higher level and bodybuilding as a new sport just made sense to me.

WP: What competitions have you appeared in and what place did you win?
WP: Do you have any advice to people that wish to build more mass and/or more cut?
My advice to people who wish to build more mass or more cut, or whatever they may be trying to achieve would be is to begin with a realistic attainable goal. You cannot get results overnight, so learn how put together a training regimen you can stick with while always challenging yourself at all times and as you progress along the way. Most importantly, dedicate and learn a healthy eating life style habit. Your nutrition, what you consume is the number one and essential logic everyone needs to learn when it comes to building and growing muscle and just looking healthy. I believe people know the fundamentals to whatever goal they are trying to attain, it is pretty common sense; just like the quote, "You are what you eat". It is a matter of discipline, commitment, and how much will power you have in order to improve, accomplish, and generate the body you long for.
WP: Do you allow yourself a cheat day?
During off-season, yes, I do allow myself a cheat day but, only once a week. During pre-contest, no I do not.
WP: What supplements do you take?
I take all Muscletech Products such as Nitro-tech, Vitakic, Amino Prototype, Leukic and so on.
WP: Could you tell me a story of how you have gotten where you are today?
From the time I started lifting weights I got very curious about going into body building. After being in the gym nearly 10 years later I started to meet people who were into bodybuilding as well as those who have actually competed. One particular person who showed me and introduced me into the body building competitions is a friend name Armando Moreno. So, if it was not for him teaching me the process and the support of my family I would not be where I am today.
WP: Do you have anyone you can thank for helping you get where you are?
I have so many people I would like to thank from my friends, nutritionist (George Farah), my sponsor MuscleTech, and most all my family specifically my wife (Michelle), my children, and my mom for always being giving me their total support and always believing in me. I have to say that I cannot imagine not having their support doing this sport my achievements is a reflection of their dynamic confidence in me.
WP: Tell me about your family.
I am married to my beautiful wife, Michelle San Juan. We have four kids together; Cherell, Chris Jr., Coby, and Conner.
WP: Who had the most impact on you growing up?
My mom, she always gave me great advice.
WP: What is your greatest achievement in bodybuilding?
Winning my class at 2010 Jr. Nationals and Placing 3rd at a Pro Qualifier at 2010 Nationals was my greatest achievement.
WP: What are your interests outside of bodybuilding?
I like spending time with my family.
WP: If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
Honestly, I would not change a thing. I live a balance life and I am so bless for that.
