 Hi! I am a personal trainer and Certified Physical Education teacher in the upstate New York area.
As a past Figure Skater and college athletic, I've always been into competition. I started training for figure competitions in February. After an unexpected knee injury from a soccer game and not being able to walk for 3 months, I am back with more determination to complete my goals. I enjoy fitness modeling, not only because it's fun, but it's rewarding. Helping and motivating others to reach there full potential has definetly become my new passion.
