 I am a Fitness Model, Figure Competitor and Personal Trainer. Having severe asthma as a child gives me an appreciation for the healthy lifestyle that I live now. My moto is that "Strong is Sexy"; and I enjoy sharing that moto with my clients and watching them grow into confident, sexy women.
I grew in a small town in Pennsylvania that focused on farming and after graduation, made my way to sunny California where I live now with my husband of nearly 20 years. I have a degree in Interior Design and am also an ACE Certified Trainer. I enjoy life, and love to stay busy. I have two passionate careers; Interior Design and Personal Training/Fitness Model. I'm learning what it means to be diligent and determined and if I don't ask, the answer is always no. I practice living life outside my comfort zone and challenge myself daily to achieve more by setting goals. I love to smile, hate to be sad and love to view life through rose colored glasses, because with a positive view, you can make it up any hill or over any obstacle. Voting begins May 4, 2011 |
