About: Trina Goosby, the newest IFBB Bikini Pro, just recently won the 2009 NPC Nationals Bikini Class A division, earning her IFBB Pro Status. She is also a 2-time Overall Figure Champion, Overall Fitness Champion, and a full-time Fitness Professional. Graduating in 1999 with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, Trina was also the captain, choreographer, and dancer for the UWEC Blugold Dance Team. She is now pursuing her Master of Science Degree in Exercise Science in the upcoming Spring 2010 semester.

Adding to her credentials, she is a National Exercise & Sports Trainer Association (NESTA) Certified Personal Trainer, Functional Training Specialist, and Group Exercise Instructor.

Trina is no stranger to the fitness and health industry, or to the competition stage. With over 25 years of dance experience, nearly 15 years experience as a fitness instructor and personal trainer, and almost a decade of hitting the competition circuit between the fitness, figure, and now bikini divisions; Trina is probably one of the very few to win titles in all of the NPC divisions.

Trina has been a South Florida resident for over 10 years and is passionate about fitness and its endless possibilities. Now as a committed IFBB Bikini Pro, she is excited to see what opportunities she can make happen for herself in the years to come. She demonstrates great pride in living a healthy lifestyle, and sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm for fitness with her clients and other competitors. Trina’s goal is to inspire, educate, and motivate others to achieve greater quality of life and to make their dreams come true.
