Submissions
Please use the form at the bottom of this page. If you are a model, cover model, or someone that wants to be considered to displayed in our magazine, we are honored you came to this page. If you are a writer, you are on the wrong page. As for our planning, we normally run between 3-6 months ahead of time. What that means is if we are currently in our spring issue, we will probably be working on our summer and fall issues. In addition, we always love to hear of new and exciting stories and ideas for layouts.

Requirements
Please submit a professional email with details about you. These details should include your name, website or ways to see your on the internet, a detailed bio, and please No Photos. We will use the links you provide. Since this is a fitness, muscle, and health magazine, your submission will not be accepted if you not exercise in some form and/or live a health lifestyle.

Deadline
Our deadline for all material must be met before appearing in the magazine. We usually work 3-6 months ahead of normal production. Spring issue - deadline is Jan. 15. Summer issue - deadline is April 15. Fall issue - deadline is July 15. Winter issue - deadline is Oct. 15.

Final Step
Once we have reviewed your submission and would like to set up a test shoot, we will contact you by the information you provided. But, most people shoots with our photographers and our photographers will submit the model. To view our team photographers, you may visit: Our Team Page. In addition, we never promise anyone they will be in the magazine until we get the final proof prior to printing.
