We have 5 catagories: Bodybuilder of the Month, Personal Trainer of the Month, Rising Star of the Month, Competitor of the Month, and Transformation of the Month.

If you are picked, what do you win? We do an interview with you as a Feature on our site and you will also be in the print magazine on our Promoting Greatness page. We pick once a month for all catagories and it is normally around the 15th of each month. Good luck and enjoy!
